I am currently working as an Analyst, Strategy and Analytics for the Golden State Warriors and Chase Center, via E15 Group. I am pursuing opportunities within the sports industry where I can use my analytics skills to drive business decisions. Personal:
I grew up in Pittsburgh watching once-in-a-generation players like Ben Roethlisberger, Troy Polamalu, Sidney Crosby and Evgeni Malkin lead the Steelers and Penguins to multiple championships. This peaked my interest in sports and I knew that this is the only industry for me. I tried my hand in playing football but very quickly realized that a 5’6 Indian kid stood no chance on the field compared to my far bigger and more physically gifted peers. I decided that I would pursue this dream by building brain muscles as opposed to physical muscles.
My journey in the sports industry has been very unique and taught me a lot. I’ve lived in New York, Ohio, Maryland, Florida and California in pursuit of making an impact in this industry. I’ve worked in collegiate sports and professional sports and gained invaluable experience over the last few years. I want to continue learning, challenge myself and become a leader in sports.
Along with football and hockey, I love cricket and soccer. I love balancing American sports with international sports such as the Indian Premiere League (IPL), any league with Lionel Messi, and following the Indian Men’s Cricket Team. Aside from sports, I love binge watching TV series and movies, listening to music, and fangirling over Hrithik Roshan (Bollywood Actor).
To wrap things up – I believe The Office is the greatest show on the planet and I cannot be convinced otherwise 😂
